Changed your mind, or something arrived faulty? Here is exactly what you are entitled to and how to put it right. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Because you buy online, you have two separate sets of rights:
You can cancel your order for any reason from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To cancel, simply tell us through our contact page, quoting your order number. You may use the cancellation wording below, but you do not have to.
After telling us, you then have 14 days to send the goods back. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
You are free to inspect an item as you would in a shop. However, if its value is reduced because you handled it more than necessary — for example a graded slab is damaged, or a sealed product is opened — we may deduct an amount to reflect that loss from your refund. Please return cards in their protective packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we cover the return cost — see below.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not matching its description, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Please tell us as soon as you can, and within 48 hours for transit damage, with a photo if possible, so we can sort it quickly. We will arrange and pay for the return of faulty items.
The 14-day change-of-mind right applies to the cards and sealed products we sell. The limited exceptions under the regulations (such as personalised or made-to-order items) do not generally apply to what we sell, so in practice you can change your mind about any order. Your rights for faulty goods always still apply.
Use our contact page, quoting your order number and whether you are cancelling or reporting a fault. We will reply with a return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
